SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer flat-rate shipping for all orders within Indonesia.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery Time
- Indonesia (Domestic): 3 business days from shipment date
Shipping Carrier We use JNE (Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir) for all domestic shipments within Indonesia.
Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the JNE website or app.
International Shipping We currently do not offer international shipping outside of Indonesia. However, we may expand our shipping options in the future.
